Flextech can include most types of actuation requirements, i.e. electric, pneumatic, manual, etc…, as well as accommodate other requirements such as an extended shaft or mounting of a customer supplied device.
T-Diverter dampers are commonly used when an application requires diversion of gas to flow another direction. This damper is normally arranged as a dual damper and resembles a Pipe-T. The individual dampers are usually mechanically linked together so when one is open the other is closed. By adding a modulation actuator, this damper will allow diversion of modulation to either outlet. Most are of the T-configuration but 45° and “Pant Leg” versions are also available and can be supplied round or rectangular/square.
